Dairy Cow Isopods are from the Porcellio genus. White base with black spots and splotches. These Bbs are so active that they hang out everywhere: in moss, under the soil, on cork bark, on charcoal. They are very efficient breeders and can take over their bins fairly quickly.
Porcellio laevis isopods were discovered in 1804 by scientist Latreille. These isopods are a mutation of laevis that makes them mainly white. They like it wherever in the setup and multiple types of environments. Due to their presence on multiple continents, this species can tolerate varying levels of humidity and temperature fluctuations, allowing for flexibility in their standards.
