Shipping Protocol

Our isopods, springtails, and plants are shipped with the same love and care they are handled with here in store.

What this means

If the temperature is below 40F or above 85F anywhere between the shop and destination; the shipment will be delayed until conditions stabilize.

Our isopods and springtails are shipped in plastic containers with airholes and moss for optimal humidity and airflow.

Inside, we use paper and styrofoam for insulation, heat packs or cold packs, and possibly a Cryopak to keep them at just the right temperature.

Any issues?

We must receive video proof of the shipment if there are any issues within two hours of the package being received. This is to ensure the little ones are not left in the box for longer than necessary.

This allows us to make sure the package wasn't left in undesirable conditions.
